Machine inspection
You receive comprehensive and illustrated documentation on the overall condition of the machine, as well as an overview of the recommended maintenance work. By planning the repair of wear and tear, you can prevent unplanned production downtime and thus reduce your costs.
Machine certification
The machine certification is our service product for ensuring and verifying relevant machine functions and their control quality of your Netstal machine. For your audits, you receive comprehensive documentation on the process-relevant sequences of your machine and proof of the injection molding process functionality.
Machine calibration
We use calibration to check the defined, quality-relevant machine parameters within the specified tolerance range. Depending on your requirements, we carry out a VDMA-compliant calibration or a calibration in accordance with ISO 17025. As an accredited laboratory, we meet the demanding requirements of the ISO 17025 competence standard.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance work delays wear and tear caused by use. You avoid unplanned downtimes as far as possible and maintain the value of your Netstal machine.
Maintenance agreement
There are various reasons why regular maintenance cannot be carried out by your own personnel. In these cases, you can entrust us with the maintenance of your Netstal machine. Our specialist staff will carry out all the work for you in accordance with the maintenance manual.
Spare and wear parts package
Our spare and wear parts are available worldwide. For your additional independence, we are happy to put together the most important spare and wear parts for you in an attractive package.
Hose package
Whether specified in your internal guidelines or national laws: Hydraulic hose lines must be replaced regularly to reduce potential hazards. We will be happy to put together the required hose assemblies for your machine and replace them directly at your premises on request.
Repair
If a deviation from the target condition is detected on your machine during inspection, maintenance or operation, this must be rectified as quickly as possible. We are happy to stand by your side as a reliable partner in such cases.
