Your tasks

  • Ensuring coordinated functionality as an overall solution for customer requests
  • Checking the feasibility and reasonableness of customer requests and developing counter-proposals if necessary
  • Creating machine and system configurations in SAP, derived from customer requirements from Front End Sales
  • Coordination with technical disciplines and product management
  • Accompanying development and customer trials on the injection molding machine.
  • Supporting Front End Sales in demanding projects and negotiations, if necessary with personal presence at the customer’s site
  • Travel and coordination with customers and partners as technical contact person in an advisory capacity

Your experience

  • EFZ plastics technologist or EFZ polymechanic
  • Several years of experience in the plastics industry and handling injection molding machines an advantage
  • Structured way of working and networked thinking skills
  • Communicative, team player and strong analytical skills
  • Flexible, resilient and hands-on mentality
  • Experience with SAP or comparable systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
