Your tasks
- Ensuring coordinated functionality as an overall solution for customer requests
- Checking the feasibility and reasonableness of customer requests and developing counter-proposals if necessary
- Creating machine and system configurations in SAP, derived from customer requirements from Front End Sales
- Coordination with technical disciplines and product management
- Accompanying development and customer trials on the injection molding machine.
- Supporting Front End Sales in demanding projects and negotiations, if necessary with personal presence at the customer’s site
- Travel and coordination with customers and partners as technical contact person in an advisory capacity
Your experience
- EFZ plastics technologist or EFZ polymechanic
- Several years of experience in the plastics industry and handling injection molding machines an advantage
- Structured way of working and networked thinking skills
- Communicative, team player and strong analytical skills
- Flexible, resilient and hands-on mentality
- Experience with SAP or comparable systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
