Your tasks

Through further development of SAP processes, you will create a stable basis for more efficient, transparent, and future-oriented work in our international units.

  • Management of the SAP Business & Processes team
  • Analysis, design, and customization of business processes with focus on SAP SD/CS
  • Ensuring SAP operation, system availability, and user support
  • Planning and implementing projects in collaboration with specialist departments and ext. partners
  • Further developing our SAP S/4HANA environment as part of the IT/digital strategy
  • Collaborating between IT, business, the 12 subsidiaries, and the SAP key user community
  • Acting as deputy within the IT team and ensuring the transfer of know-how within the company

Your experience

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
  • Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in a management or project management role.
  • In-depth process and customizing knowledge of SAP logistics processes (SD/CS or LoB: Sales & Service).
  • Experience in project management and change management (waterfall & agile methods).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Very good German and English skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Starting up new systems.
  • Carrying out technical interventions.
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, whether electrical, mechanical or hydraulic.
  • Providing technical advice and assistance to customers, both on site and over the telephone.

Your experience

  • You have a technical degree such as a Bachelor’s in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • You speak Dutch and a little French. Additional knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and/or SAP is an advantage.
  • You can work independently and are flexible.
  • You attach great importance to quality, service and customer friendliness.
  • You are willing to travel (possibly staying overnight for longer interventions) in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Your tasks

Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines and automation systems at customer sites. This customer-facing role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication.

  • Installation & Commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PC issues; perform preventive maintenance and upgrades.
  • Support & Training: Provide remote/on-site assistance and train operators.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Prepare service reports, give feedback, and help standardize procedures.

Your experience

  • Education: Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in plastics injection moulding machinery service or related field. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PCs, and robotics.
  • Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–90%). Valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.
