Your tasks
Lead and develop service operations in the APAC region to ensure maximum machine availability, customer satisfaction, and technical support. Drive strategic growth of the service organization, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to revenue and brand positioning.
- Lead and manage all service activities focused on Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, China.
- Manage and support a team of service engineers, including training and performance development.
- Develop and implement regional service strategies aligned with global standards.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Netstal injection molding systems.
Provide expert support to agencies across the APAC region.
Your experience
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
- 5+ years of experience in service management or industrial machinery
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer focus with a passion for sales
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel across APAC
- Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning

Your tasks
You will be responsible for:
- Starting up new systems.
- Carrying out technical interventions.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, whether electrical, mechanical or hydraulic.
- Providing technical advice and assistance to customers, both on site and over the telephone.
Your experience
- You have a technical degree such as a Bachelor’s in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
- You speak Dutch and a little French. Additional knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and/or SAP is an advantage.
- You can work independently and are flexible.
- You attach great importance to quality, service and customer friendliness.
- You are willing to travel (possibly staying overnight for longer interventions) in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
