Your tasks
- Lead and further develop a team of 3 employees
- Assist with order processing and manage your own area of responsibility
- Ensure material availability and timely provision of order confirmations and delivery dates
- Plan and coordinate schedules in alignment with production, purchasing, and logistics
- Monitor and optimize inventory, warehouse operations, and goods flow
- Communicate with suppliers and internal interfaces to clarify deadlines and capacities
- Identify bottlenecks and initiate appropriate measures
- Analyze key performance indicators and implement improvements
- Participate in projects focused on process optimization and digitalization
Your experience
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Professional experience in supply chain coordination, production planning, or purchasing within an industrial environment
- Initial leadership experience in a team setting
- Strong knowledge of materials management, production planning, and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
- Understanding of KPI analysis and process optimization
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Solution-oriented and structured approach, even under time pressure
- Assertiveness and team orientation
- Fluent in German, good command of English
