Your tasks
Through further development of SAP processes, you will create a stable basis for more efficient, transparent, and future-oriented work in our international units.
- Management of the SAP Business & Processes team
- Analysis, design, and customization of business processes with focus on SAP SD/CS
- Ensuring SAP operation, system availability, and user support
- Planning and implementing projects in collaboration with specialist departments and ext. partners
- Further developing our SAP S/4HANA environment as part of the IT/digital strategy
- Collaborating between IT, business, the 12 subsidiaries, and the SAP key user community
- Acting as deputy within the IT team and ensuring the transfer of know-how within the company
Your experience
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
- Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in a management or project management role.
- In-depth process and customizing knowledge of SAP logistics processes (SD/CS or LoB: Sales & Service).
- Experience in project management and change management (waterfall & agile methods).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Very good German and English skills.
