Your tasks

  • As a service technician, you will travel worldwide.
  • You will advise our customers on technical issues and represent Netstal in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Your responsibilities will include commissioning, repairs and troubleshooting complex faults.
  • The work is carried out and logged in accordance with the existing specifications, checklists and adjustment instructions
  • Other exciting tasks include the performance of services such as conversions, calibrations, inspections, etc.
  • Thanks to your strong organisational skills, you complete tasks independently, on time and with care
  • You communicate proactively and contribute to efficient resource planning

Your experience

  • Completed basic technical training, e.g. as an automation engineer or polymechanic with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Willingness to travel internationally 60-80% of the time
  • Independent, proactive and goal-oriented approach to work and communication
  • Category B driving licence
  • Solid user knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Written and spoken English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage
