Your tasks

  • Provide installation, troubleshooting, repair and technical support for Netstal equipment across the United States and Canada.
  • Ensure equipment performance meets customer requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct training programs on operation and maintenance as needed.
  • Resolve complex technical issues independently and maintain documentation.
  • Support less experienced service personnel and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your experience

  • 3–5 years of mechanical/electrical experience, ideally as Field Service Engineer/Technician.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent customer communication.
  • Flexibility for 80% travel and willingness to work in industrial environments.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
