Your tasks

  • Lead and further develop a team of 3 employees
  • Assist with order processing and manage your own area of responsibility
  • Ensure material availability and timely provision of order confirmations and delivery dates
  • Plan and coordinate schedules in alignment with production, purchasing, and logistics
  • Monitor and optimize inventory, warehouse operations, and goods flow
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal interfaces to clarify deadlines and capacities
  • Identify bottlenecks and initiate appropriate measures
  • Analyze key performance indicators and implement improvements
  • Participate in projects focused on process optimization and digitalization

Your experience

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Professional experience in supply chain coordination, production planning, or purchasing within an industrial environment
  • Initial leadership experience in a team setting
  • Strong knowledge of materials management, production planning, and logistics processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
  • Understanding of KPI analysis and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Solution-oriented and structured approach, even under time pressure
  • Assertiveness and team orientation
  • Fluent in German, good command of English
