Basics DSP control
Objective of the course
Basic knowledge of the structure and operation of an injection moulding machine.
operation
Basic knowledge of the structure and operation of an injection moulding machine.
To be able to work with moulding machines independently. Acquisition of the knowledge required for an appropriate optimisation of the production sequences.
Work independently to convert machines for other moulds, understand function sequences and adjust process values.
Create production processes, configure and integrate auxiliary controls, optimise processes and function sequences.
The participant knows the structure of the injection molding machine and is able to operate the relevant functions. He knows how to increase machine availability through the targeted application of the maintenance plan.
Specific application of the maintenance schedule at all levels, correct interpretation of and reaction to alarm messages.
After the course, the participant may prepare, start and stop the production of a PET-LINE independently. He knows the most important parameters that are required for the operation of the machine and can obtain additional information independently. The course is based on the current machine generation.
The participant can maintain the process quality after the course. He knows all parameters relevant to the process, can set up a product independently and is well-versed in technologies for the saving of energy or material. The course is based on the current machine generation.
