The range of services brought together under the “Netstal Support Concept” services brand round off the product range perfectly, characterised as they are by ultimate efficiency and unbureaucratic service points extending from the spare parts service, through to customer service and individual training programmes. The Netstal Support Concept is applied within the entire service and distribution network across the globe and represents a decisive competitive edge within a hard-fought market. The service offer was further expanded in 2009. New products such as retrofit packages for the energy optimisation of installed injection moulding machines immediately met with a great response. Under the heading “Original Netstal Revised”, Netstal has been offering used machines since 2009; these machines are overhauled at the headquarters in Näfels and fitted with original spare parts.
