Netstal Singapore Pte. Ltd. was established in 1982 as a small manufacturing unit. It started with 6 employees and grew to 30 employees until 1986. The production program consisted of cylinder heads, screw tips, non return devices and various other small parts. The production was shut down in 1992.
Simultaneously a Service Department was established in 1986 to serve our multi national customers like Becton Dickinson, Nypro and Baxter. At the same time the first optical disc machines (MPS-CD) were installed. Until today Netstal Singapore had installed more than 1.000 Optical disc machines throughout Asia.

Due to the existing know how agreement at that time between Netstal and their local Joint Venture partner, Netstal was not allowed to be active in Sales and Marketing in the Far East  and consisted of 2 Service engineers only from 1992 until the end of 1996.

In 1998, Netstal Singapore opened a branch office in Hong Kong, followed by the opening of another branch office in Taiwan 2000.  In 2002, Netstal Singapore opened its Technical Center with training facilities on DSP simulators and practical lessons on a SynErgy 1500, as well as on e-jet and Discjet machines. In 2003 Netstal Singapore opened another representative office in Thailand.

With sufficient spare parts stocks in all our subsidiaries, a highly qualified mixture of Swiss and Local Service engineers close to our customers all over South East Asia, Netstal Singapore Pte. Ltd. can offer optimized support in the Far East.
