Extended warranty

With the extended warranty it is possible to purchase a total warranty period of five years. This includes both the labor costs and the spare parts for this period. The extended warranty is always available as an option to cover labor and spare parts costs.

We plan and organize everything for you down to the smallest detail and guarantee with our name that the job will be completed at the time promised!
If you don't intend to entrust us with the complete relocation, our well-trained Service Engineers are ready to just prepare your machines correctly for transport. There's nothing more annoying than equipment damaged in transit due to improper preparations for transport. In the interest of a smooth restart Netstal can also take care of commissioning after the relocation.

Beyond the standard warranty package covering the machine in full for the first twelve months, Netstal offers various services by way of options to adjust the warranty and the extent of customer care to individual requirements.

Calibration

With the calibration the customer purchases the inspection of the machine and control parameters decisive for quality. Calibration can be performed according to specified time intervals. The calibration work is carried out by excellently trained Netstal service technicians, who work with measuring instruments provided with the necessary calibration certificates.

Machine inspection

The machine inspection ensures the regular maintenance and process capability of the commensurate machine. Above all, the machine inspection offers benefits in the way of early recognition of problems, allowing unscheduled down time to be avoided. The documented process capability report ensures that machine operations and parameters meet specific standards. Moreover, professional inspection increases the service life of the machines.

Netstal Remote Supprt

NRS (Netstal Remote Support) helps Netstal customers to transmit information of the moulding machines in a modern and cost-effective manner via the internet directly to customers, subsidiaries or Netstal. With today's internet-based teleservice we offer the customer the possibility of centrally accessing the company's own equipment independent of location and time. The customer is thus able to put himself in the picture about his machines, locally or worldwide. In the interest of an optimal identification of disturbances it is of utmost importance these days that both customer and technical service personnel obtain the correct updated information in order to initiate specific problem elimination measures. The connections between the Netstal machine in question and the NRS server are set up using the latest technology for the coding of data flows. A connection will only be made if the especially issued machine certificate fits the NRS server.
