The Netstal Support Concept

When a processor of plastics invests in a new injection moulding machine, the services offered by the equipment manufacturer are also very important and influence the decision process considerably. These services should be available throughout the machine's useful life and optimally cover the customer's needs in every utilization phase.


Netstal identified these needs early and created its meanwhile successfully established service brand „Netstal Support Concept“ (NSC) several years ago. Today, the After-Sales Service of Netstal offers all its services under this brand and accompanies the customer in the different phases of machine use.

The After-Sales Service of Netstal-Maschinen AG supports you not only with various solution-oriented services and products, but excels also in the classical service tasks such as commissioning, trouble-shooting, supplies of spare parts and training of the customer's operating personnel. The result is a client-oriented partnership in which Netstal's After-Sales Service is optimally aligned to satisfy the customers' requirements and ensure a lasting and successful cooperation.

The Netstal Support Concept comprises services extending from the replacement part service, through to customer service and individual training, consulting and project planning in Pre- and After Sales Service.
