The Netstal Support Concept

The services covering actual core business, i.e. the construction and sale of injection moulding machines, are becoming increasing important due to the growing desire of customers for added benefits which go beyond the product purchase. Netstal quickly recognized this desire and constituted a service brand in addition to the actual product lines with the name “Netstal Support Concept”.

The “Netstal Support Concept” represents comprehensive support for customers covering all aspects of the machine purchase. Here important components include presales and after-sales service and training. Competent consulting during project realization is just as important as the speedy processing and delivery of spare parts orders and well-trained service experts available immediately on-site when required. The individual elements of the “ Netstal Support Concept” are explained in detail in the following.

Consulting and project planning: Competence on a high level Professional consulting of our customers and smooth project implementation are the main tasks of our Application Technology Department. This primarily consists of showing our customers options for the economical solution of various problems. As a result, Netstal has developed and established many application technologies over the past several years. These include reference projects like in-mould- labelling (IML), multi-component technology, clean-room production and optical disc replication and many other processes, which have gained a permanent place in the world of plastics processing. The enormous wealth of experience of our experts and the worldwide network of renowned partners enable us to ensure optimal consulting for our customers – and that with the shortest possible communication routes.

After-sales service: Our efforts focus on efficiency
Once the machine or even the entire production system has been installed in the customer’s plant, its high level of availability has top priority. Downtimes, which can always occur for various reasons, are very expensive for the processor. With an efficient, well-organized after-sales organisation we make an effort to provide immediate, competent support for our customers whatever their needs.
