Taste neutrality

The high-performance screw used by Netstal ensures that the melt is gently prepared. As a result, the PET-LINE achieves negligible AA values, which in turn has a positive impact on the taste neutrality of finished PET bottles. The “mineral water standard” is also achieved when using larger cavities.

Identical output

High process repeatability, and therefore an almost identical and perfect preform weight distribution guarantee cost-effective production.

Perfect cooling

PET-LINE works with five cooling cycles – unique on the market. The innovative water based cooling system, with simultaneously cooled slide bars and direct airblow support, provides fast and reliable demoulding of special preform sizes.

Top speeds

Fast mechanical movement sequences and optimal coordination between the machine and peripheral units generate excellent cycle times. In comparison to other systems, PET-LINE achieves absolute peak values.
