Systematic high performance

PET-LINE is a state-of-the-art production system for PET preforms and epitomizes the greatest possible operational efficiency and proficient production. Since its market launch, Netstal has continuously developed all of the system components and, as such, has constantly optimised the high technical standard.

Basis for the PET-LINE systems is a clearly-defined platform strategy. Consequently, the customer is able to configure each system to the desired capacity. The three clamping forces of 2000 kN, 3500 kN and 6000 kN allow the combination of various mould and cavity sizes. A major customer benefit: minimal production costs with maximum output.

Generous internal mould compartment

A generous internal mould compartment that can encompass up to 192 cavities.

Optimised: machine size

Maximum output with the smallest possible machine size. Both system sizes can be equipped for 24 to 192 cavities. Benefit: each system can be configured to meet individual requirements.

Innovative: PET-LINE 3500 with 96-cavity mould

A 96-cavity mould can be placed onto the smaller platform. Benefit: maximum output rate for this machine rate. PET-LINE means more cavities in proportion to clamping force when compared to the competition.

Robust: construction

The solid, robust construction ensures exceptional precision and perfect preform repeatability, even when using larger cavities.

Unbeatable: plastisizing performance

Continuous intrusion enables an extremely gentle plasticizing of the PET material. The high-performance screw enables a high plastisizing level and, consequently, short cycle times. With the PET-LINE 6000, efficient plasticizing is guaranteed by means of the 2-screw concept.

Compact: robotics

PET-LINE machines only require a minimum of floor space due to the design of the high-performance removal robotics. All peripheral units are clearly arranged and easily accessed.
