EVOS is an evolution of the SynErgy and consequently has all the typical characteristics of a Netstal machine: speed, precision, reliability, user-friendliness and, above all, cost-efficiency. Primarily developed for complex universal applications, the main priority was manufacturing process productivity: the more efficient the procedures, the more profitable the process.

In addition, the new Netstal generation is characterised by a whole range of innovative technological ideas that make high-performance injection moulding more efficient than ever before. The principal modules ‚Äì the clamping unit, injection unit, drive, protective cover and control system ‚Äì are all coordinated and geared towards efficient production.

The modular concept

The modular assembly follows a building block concept. As the customer, you are able to configure the clamping unit, plasticizing unit, injection unit and drive according to your requirements: you effectively receive a customised EVOS machine of optimal size and specification.

Individually regulated axes

All five main axes are digitally controlled, which enables optimal process management and the highest possible degree of precision. Even complex applications are manufactured at the highest reproducibility level.

Extremely maintenance-friendly

All the important components are easily accessible, allowing for quick and straightforward maintenance. The use of only the highest quality components ensures a minimal maintenance requirement.

Hybrid drive

The injection unit is powered by a hybrid drive. Extremely low energy consumption levels are achieved due to the fact that the metering process is powered by a servo-electric drive. Concurrently, the EVOS also achieves high injection speeds on account of its hydraulic injection.

Intelligent control system

Thanks to its windows-based interface, the advanced control system is easy to use. Moreover, the programming unit is also equipped with a USB interface to enable a more straightforward transfer of data. New features also include the pre-installed programming manual and online-help.
