Netstal at the Chinaplas in Guangzhou, 18.05. - 21.05.2009
At the international plastics exhibition Chinaplas in Guangzhou the Swiss machinery manufacturer Netstal-Maschinen AG presents its SynErgy high-output injection moulding machine. The application on show is from the packaging sector and reflects once more the high economic efficiency and output capability of Netstal equipment.
SynErgy - thin-walled plastic parts moulded at short cycle times
Netstal's SynErgy range of machines have proven their worth in the production of packaging articles for many years. Demonstrated at the Chinaplas is the model 2400-900 equipped with a 1+1-imp. combi-mould of Messrs Nypro Tool, Hong Kong. Thin-walled containers with lids are moulded at a cycle of a mere 4.5 seconds. These packaging products made from a polypropylene of the LyondellBasell company are provided with a decorative label by the IML (In-Mould-Labelling) process. Label inserting and subsequent removing of the finished products from the mould are taken care of by a handling device of Messrs Imdecol. The cooling unit used at the exhibition is made available by ef cooling Ernst H. Fürrer AG, while the Singapore subsidiary of Motan is responsible for raw material feeding to the machine.
This mature system consisting of machine, mould, automation and further periphery ready for production is a typical example of Netstal's experience being put to good use in comprehensive solutions. Apart from the high-output injection moulding system the customer benefits from the vast processing know-how enabling him to mould parts of perfect quality right from the first production hour onwards.
