MED applications are characterised by an extremely long and intensive project phase, which is implemented prior to actual production. Given the need for accurate reproducibility, extremely bulky and important production documentation is the measure of all things. A vast number of medical applications are manufactured in clean rooms, for which our ELION range is tailor-made – not least thanks to the encapsulated and water-cooled servo drive. Integrated within the practically fully clad machine area, the utility supply concept is also a highlight. An additional aspect is the high level of expertise required by our specialists, who need to have excellent understanding and knowledge of the various qualification processes. Indeed, realising integrated system solutions that necessarily comply with the stringent standards imposed, means that close cooperation with our customers at an early stage is of paramount importance.

To ensure our survival in the extremely large market for TEC applications, we constantly need to provide our customers with added value. Primarily, this calls for customised technological solutions and innovative production technologies. Ultimately, it is a question of simplifying the process of manufacturing a plastic part for the customer – be it through enhanced quality features or the integration of various components.
